Founder and Principal Designer

Debbie started her design business in _____ , helping clients throughout Northeast Ohio reimagine their homes by working collaboratively with each client. Her specialty is high-end residential kitchens. Her desire to get every detail just right led her to her start her own cabinet line in collaboration with Ohio Amish cabinet makers to create her custom kitchens for each client. The quality is the design and craftsmanship is unmatched. Her portfolio of work details her amazing creativity and style and also her ability to reflect each client’s design asthhetic in every unique space she designs.

Debbie’s work is shaped by a lifelong connection to art, craftsmanship and creating by hand. She was raised by an artist mother and a carpenter father, in a home where ideas were explored and things were made. That upbringing gave her a deep respect for craftsmanship and the confidence to approach each project with imagination and practical skill.

Design Director

Managing the fine details of a home remodeling or interior design project is where Jackie’s talent shines. Her design style and great eye help guide clients through the selection process from paint colors, tiles, wallpaper, fabrics, lighting, and furnishings and all the small details that bring a space to life. Jackie’s easy going personality keeps the process fun and stress-free. She gets to know her clients and their personal design styles before and incorporates their personality in every selection.

Katie has been designing spaces for more than 15 years, but what she loves most about design is creating homes that feel personal, comfortable, and truly lived in. She believes a beautiful home should also work for the people who live there, and loves getting to know her clients, how they live, and what will make their space feel like them.

With a background in residential and commercial design, project management, and color and trend forecasting, Katie has experience with just about every part of the design process. She loves pulling together colors, finishes, furniture, and all of the little details that make a space feel complete, while making sure everything functions just as beautifully as it looks.

Outside of design, Katie is usually spending time with her husband, three kids, and their dog. She loves to travel, explore new places, and is always up for finding a new coffee shop along the way. She finds inspiration just about everywhere and is a firm believer that some of the best ideas come when you are not looking for them.

Director of Marketing

Martha West

After many years managing marketing efforts for major consumer brands and organizations, her love of everything home led Martha to the Home Remodeling and Design industry. She served as the Director of Marketing for a well-known remodeling company and recently joined the DFD team to help grow the business and promote its beautiful work. Over her years of friendship with Debbie they have collaborated on the full remodel and sale of homes in the area while continuing her free-lance marketing work. She loves the design process and the joy a beautiful space can bring to homeowners. When not working Martha loves hosting family and friends, playing tennis, pickleball, and hiking, and traveling with her husband and two grown children.
